Our very first Field Trip will be October 21st at the Jacksonville ZOO
Please have the permission slip and money turned in NO LATER than October 1st!
If you would like to chaperone you will need to pay 10.00 BEFORE we get to the ZOO.
Please check off that you would like to be a chaperone so I can send home a chaperone agreement form.
WE are super excited for our FIRST field trip!

Will the chaperone need to drive their own vehicle or may we ride the bus as well?
There is not enough room on the bus for parents. Chaperones will have to drive their own car. You may follow the bus.
