Monday was the beginning of Teacher Appreciation Week! WOW!!! I felt so loved and appreciated by my students. I came in to work on Monday to find our classroom door decorated so sweetly! Thank you for my awesome door! I love it!!!
Today everyone brought in some flowers for me to show me how much they care! I had the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. Thank you!!!!
Right now in science, we are learning how plants grow! To help us understand how plants grow, we decided to plant and chart the growth of a lima bean seed in a plastic bag and a lima bean seed in soil. We have had great fun watching these seeds sprout roots and grow!
To kick start our science fair project, Mrs. Amy came and taught a lesson on what a science experiment was. After our science lesson, she showed us what our experiment would be this year. "Will eggshells dissolve in water or vinegar?" We have had a great time observing and reporting on our science experiment! Thank you Mrs. Amy!!!
I know... I know... I am late...But here are some pictures from Kindergarten Play day! A special thanks to Mr. Dagobert for giving his all to the tug of war game. He "sat" in for Mrs. Teper! Thank you!!!
